Background: Born in North York, but parents Marni and Trevor moved to Irvine, Calif., when he was two months old to open the Blueberry Hill restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum Center. The plan was to open the restaurant and stay for six months and then head home, but the family loved it so much, they never returned to Toronto.

Ranked: 425th on Perfect Game’s top 500 high school and college combined list (26/05/16).

2017 Junior Season, Central Florida: 1-2, 1.76 ERA, walked 19 and struck out 40 in 30 2/3 innings... Worked in 26 games including 19 scoreless outings, holding opponents to a .160 batting average  ... Started the season with a pair of scoreless and hitless innings with four strikeouts.
