COBA Preview: Niagara Metros

Canadian Baseball Network contributor Dan Estey writes that the Niagara Metros are back in the COBA Major Baseball League for the 2019 season. The club, who will be led by GM Jono Marchetere and head coach Kerry Hedden, will be looking to right the ship after a bit of a rocky 2018 season. Last season the team went 15–24–1 overall and 12–15–1 in league play, good for top spot in the Johnson Division and fourth spot overall in the league.

COBA Preview: Mississauga SW Twins

Canadian Baseball Network writer Dan Estey writes that the Mississauga SW Twins are back in action in the COBA Major Baseball League for the 2019 season. The veteran club, led by head coach Mike Smith and assistant coach Dave Paish, had an average season last year (for their standards) as they went 20–17–2 overall and 13–11– 2 in league play good for third place in the Andrews Division and third place overall in the league.
