Good genes: “From my mom, Hélène Guilhauma, I get a lot of raw power even though she didn’t play sports growing up. My dad, Benoit Landreville, played many sports—including hockey, baseball, football, and soccer ... so he passed on strong athletic traits and his passion for sports.”

The most influential people in your baseball life: “My parents have been the most influential. They’ve been my pitching partners since day one, they have supported me from the very beginning and I know I can always count on them.”

The most influential person in your baseball career, besides family: “Karl Gélinas has been the most influential person in my baseball career. When I joined the ABC at 16, he guided me through the ups and downs. He played a big role in improving my mechanics, my pitching ability, and my overall work ethic. I want to thank all my family ... close or extended—for supporting me throughout this journey and for believing in me. I also want to thank the ABC. They changed my life, not just in baseball, but in terms of life lessons and maturity. I truly believe they helped shape the person I am today.”

Best day on the ball field: “At the Canadian Futures Showcase at the Rogers Centre. Playing on a Major League field is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I’m extremely grateful to have experienced it twice.” (Pitched two scoreless allowing one hit and one walk, while striking out five.)

Favourite player when you discovered baseball: ”My favourite player was Javier Báez. I was also a fan of Anthony Rizzo and Kris Bryant ... forever a fan of the 2016 Chicago Cubs.”

Favourite player today: “It is probably Cam Schlittler. I admire how he went from a mid-round draft pick and an underdog prospect throwing in the low 90s, to someone who put in the work every day, developed at the facilities, reached the big leagues and dominated. His journey is impressive and inspiring.”

Interested teams to date: “Teams that have shown the most interest on Prospect Link are the Reds, Athletics, Giants, Yankees, Cubs, Brewers and Phillies. As of right now, I have not been invited to any private workouts.”

Honours: 2026 season with the ABC _ “I haven’t won many, but at the ABC, I won Personality of the Year. And this year I won the Pitcher of the Year at the ABC.
