It is our passion for baseball that led to the creation of The Baseball Zone. Our elite, indoor baseball training complex provides and fosters an understanding and love for this game like no other. It is designed to be a welcoming home for baseball and softball players of all ages and playing levels. We employ the very best training philosophies, equipment and staff to fully assist our athletes reach their goals. We maintain a sporting atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of baseball for everyone that comes through our doors. We will also make your every visit to The Baseball Zone a friendly, invigorating experience that the team, the youth and the elite athlete will be challenged by, learn from and want to return to again and again.
The Dawgs are operated on a strictly non-profit basis. The program began in 1995 as an elite youth development program based in the City of Calgary, AB. Since its inception the Dawgs have developed numerous premier youth, collegiate and professional players. Several Dawgs' players have played for Team Alberta, Team Canada, NCAA and NAIA universities and colleges and been drafted by and signed professional baseball contracts with Major League Baseball organizations.
The Ontario Blue Jays are an amateur baseball program designed to develop youth baseball players. In addition to development, the Ontario Blue Jays help supplement college/ university placement for all of their graduating players (high school graduates) in the United States. The Ontario Blue Jays also create an environment which continues to lead both our graduating and former players to professional baseball careers.

97 academy athletes have successfully graduated in 8 years
Currently all 12 seniors from our 2014 roster are attending college baseball programs on either academic and/or athletic scholarships. 15 Major League Baseball (MLB) draft picks 33 Canadian Junior National Team Invitees (including 11 making the final roster)
