Noah Skirrow takes his full arsenal with him to the mound.

Skirrow (Stoney Creek, Ont.) has a cannon attached to his right shoulder, better known as his right arm, his pitching smarts, his glove and his Jake Arrieta-like beard.

The general rule among scouts is that in case of the tie they’ll take the clean-shaven fuzzy-cheeked stud against the same talent with a full beard.

However, scouts love Skirrow’s right arm which was clocked at 91 mph at the 88-team Perfect Game World Wood Bat Association World Championship in Jupiter, Fla.

Pitching for Tri-State Arsenal Prime, Skirrow made the all-tournament team, one of nine Canadian pitchers to do so. The former Ontario Blue Jay made two appearances for the New Jersey-based Tri-State Arsenal working nine scoreless innings allowing eight hits and a walk, while striking out 14.

Danny Berg (Saskatoon, Sask.) of the DBacks Langley Blaze was one of six position players to make the all-tourney team hitting .409.

Skirrow has committed to pitch next fall for the Liberty University Flames. At a Perfect Game scouting showcase two years ago threw two complete games pitching for the Ontario Blue Jays. He earned a selection to the tournament all-star team.

A Cardinal Newman student, he is Tournament 12 veteran.

On the Perfect Game scene besides the all-tourney honors this year he earned All American Preseason Underclass High Honorable Mention, PG Preseason Underclassmen Teams honors and all-tournament honors at WWBA National championship and the 17U BCS Finals. He was ranked 387th on the top 500 high schoolers.

In 2015 he ranked second at the Northeast Top Prospect Showcase, he was fifth with Exit Velocity at the Pitcher Catcher Indoor Showcase, was first with the Top 10 Zepp Time to Impact at the National Underclass West Showcase. Plus he earned all-tourney honors at the WWBA World Championship and make the Top Prospect List at the North East Top Showcase.

And in 2014, he warned All Tournament Team honors at the WWBA National Championship.

Berg will play for the Langley Blaze next spring after playing with the Saskatoon Giants.

Inside Pitch Academy Prospects’ Morgan Reiter brought Berg to the Perfect Game/EvoShield Upperclass National Championship in Peoria, Az. in 2014 where he earned a spot on the Rawlings prospect list.

Besides being on the all-tourney team, he had the top 10 Zepp Time to Impact at the 2015 National Underclass West Showcase and was fifth in the Top 10 Exit Velocity at the 2015 Pitcher Catcher Indoor Showcase.

Rashad Collymore (Mississauga, Ont.), Cooper Davis (Mississauga, Ont.), Noah Naylor (Mississauga, Ont.), Alex Jones (Bowmanville, Ont.), Harley Gollert (Toronto, Ont.), Stephen Kinal (Terra Cotta, Ont.), Adam Hill (Mississauga, Ont.), Lukas Barry (Mississauga, Ont.) and Nate Holmes (Mississauga, Ont.) all of the Ontario Blue Jays made the all-tourney team.

Others to earn honors were Landon Leach (Pickering, Ont.) of the Toronto Mets, Clayton Keyes (Calgary, Alta.) of the Okotoks Dawgs and Rhys Cratty (Langley, BC) of the Langley Blaze
