The Toronto Blue Jays lost 5-4 to the Detroit Tigers at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Fla., in Grapefruit League action on Saturday.

Rowley (left) got himself into trouble early, allowing three runs in the first inning. Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera (background) singled off Rowley and scored one of his club's first-inning runs.

In total, Rowley allowed four runs in 1 1/3 innings in his 2018 spring debut yesterday.
