Batiste, Fornelli, Wallace homer in Canadian Premier loss

Canadian Premier Underclass fell 9-5 to Scorpions Baseball on Friday at Rutenberg Park in Fort Myers, Fla.
Canadian Premier outhit the Scorpions eight to six. Alex Wallace led Canadian Premier Underclass with three hits.
Wallace hit a home run to left field in the fifth inning, singled in the third inning, and singled in the seventh inning.
A solo home run to centre field by Mikey Batiste put Canadian Premier Underclass on the board in the top of the second.
Scorpions made the score 3-1 in the bottom of the second after a single and a homer.
Canadian Premier Underclass made the score 6-5 in the top of the fifth inning when Wallace homered to left field, scoring two runs. Evan Fornelli hit a solo home run to centre field, and Sam Ellis singled, scoring one run.
Gus Reid stepped on the bump first for Canadian Premier Underclass. The righty allowed four hits and three runs over three innings, striking out two and walking none.
