It hasn't taken long for Khalid Collymore (Mississauga, Ont.) to find his place in the University of Montevallo Falcons lineup. A three-game set with Trevecca Nazarene saw Collymore fuel the Falcons offence. In Game 1, a 14-3 loss, saw Collymore go 2-for-4. The loss is the only one for the Falcons so far this season. The freshman then went 2-for-6 in a 15-8 Game 2 win. In the rubber match Collymore went 3-for-4 with a walk. The performance in the three-game series caught the eye of the Gulf South Conference as they named Collymore their Freshman of the Week.
