The Hamilton Cardinals are proud to welcome back Steven Hospital for the 2026 season.

An Oakville, Ont., native and Niagara University product, Hospital brings five seasons of NCAA Division I experience to the Cardinals.

Over his collegiate career, he logged 128 innings across a program-record 93 appearances, earned MAAC All-Academic honours twice, and was part of Niagara’s 2024 MAAC Championship team that advanced to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championships.

Now entering his third season in Hamilton, Hospital was named a CBL All-Star in 2025 after posting a 4.24 ERA across 23 1/3 innings out of the bullpen.
