Okotoks, Alta. – The Okotoks Dawgs fell 6-5 to the Lethbridge Bulls on Tuesday at Spitz Stadium.

On the mound, Brody Papay started and allowed five runs, while striking out six, in 4 1/3 innings.

Out of the bullpen, Nolan Jackson (Grimsby, Ont.), Max McCraray and Aaron Taka combined to permit to just one run and fan batters in 3 2/3 innings to keep the game within reach.

At the plate, Connor Crowson (Okotoks, Alta.) lead off and had two hits for the Dawgs.

Jordan Kievman had a home run, two RBIs, and a walk.

The Dawgs return home to Seaman Stadium on Wednesday for a Canada Day matchup against the Sylvan Lake Gulls at 7:05 p.m.
