Four Vauxhall Jets commit to U.S. college programs

The Vauxhall Academy is very proud to announce that four more Jets have committed to college baseball programs on scholarship for the 2020-2021 season.

All four players will join their respective college programs in the fall of 2020. We are very proud of all eight of these young men and look forward to following their careers.

The following is a list of Jets who signed:

RHP – Levi Abbott – Lethbridge, Alta. – has accepted an athletic scholarship to attend NCAA Division 1 Canisius College Golden Griffins in Buffalo, N.Y. Abbott will join teammates Max Grant and Carlin Dick in Buffalo. The Golden Griffins play in the MAAC Conference and compete for a Championship every season.

RHP – Reece Keller – Spruce Grove, Alta. – has accepted an NJCAA Division 1 scholarship to attend McCook College Indians in McCook, Nebraska. The Indians play in the competitive Nebraska Community College Athletic Conference and are very competitive every season.

INF – Nick Gravel – Fall River, N.S. – has accepted an NJCAA Div. 1 Scholarship to attend Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas. The Rebels play in Region V one of the most competitive Junior college regions in in the country.

RHP – Maddux Mateychuk - Dominion City, Man. – has accepted an NJCAA Division 1 scholarship to attend Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Missouri. The Cardinals play in the competitive MCACC Conference and compete for the title every season.

Jets who committed in the Fall:

RHP – Justin Adamoski – Burnaby, BC – has accepted an NAIA Scholarship to attend the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds in Vancouver, BC . The Thunderbirds play in the competitive Cascade Collegiate Conference and compete for the title every season.

LHP – Ben Adams – Ottawa, Ont. – has accepted an NCAA Division 1 St. John’s Red Storm in Queens, New York. The Red Storm play in the very competitive Big East Conference and have been a national powerhouse over the last couple of the years.

1B/OF – Carlin Dick – Abbotsford, BC – has accepted an athletic scholarship to attend NCAA Division 1 Canisius College Golden Griffins in Buffalo, NY. The Golden Griffins play in the MAAC Conference and compete for a Championship every season.

3B/C – Max Grant – Fredricton, NB – has accepted an athletic scholarship to attend NCAA Division 1 Canisius College Golden Griffins in Buffalo, NY. The Golden Griffins play in the MAAC Conference and compete for a Championship every season.
