Ontario Blue Jays and Junior National Team infielder Myles Naylor (Mississauga, Ont.) could become the third Naylor brother selected in the first round of the MLB draft when it begins on Sunday. As he has prior to previous drafts when Josh and Bo Naylor were chosen, Bob Elliott met up with Myles’ parents, Chris and Jenice, at a secret Tim Horton’s location to discuss the draft.

Filed in U.S. District Court in Denver, the suit names big-league baseball commissioner Rob Manfred, the league office and all 30 clubs as defendants.
