For a good chunk of the past decade, Liam Wilson has been searching for opportunities to showcase his abilities on the baseball diamond. 

That journey started in his native Ontario, took him all across the United States playing in one travel tournament after another, then landed him in Colorado for a couple of years at a junior college before bringing him to Canisius College in western New York.

Former Ontario Terrier and Canisius College Griffs 3B Liam Wilson made it look easy during a standout week for the Amsterdam Mohawks of the Perfect Game Collegiate League earning Co-Player of the Week for Week 3 of the season and Collegiate Summer Baseball National Hitter of the Week. Wilson, the man who bumped Cal Quantrill off 3B, went 11-for-19 with five doubles, two home runs and an impressive 1.158 slugging percentage.
