On the 10th year Cooperstown called "Hello, Tim Raines speaking"
There was rejoicing in a lot of places Wednesday night as former Montreal Expos OF Tim Raines, now a minor-league instructor for the Toronto Blue Jays, was elected to the Hall of Fame in Coooperstown: in Arizona where Raines now lives, in Dunedin and other Blue Jays outposts, in Montreal where he played and in Carleton Place where his wife is from.

Former Montreal Expos speedster Tim Raines was elected to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY Wednesday along with Jeff Bagwell and Ivan Rodriguez. Raines made seven consecutive all-star teams and retired with a .294 average.
