Former Grand Rapids Chicks and Fort Wayne Daisies third baseman Betty (Petryna) Allen Mullins passed away on September 4 at the age of 89, according to the official All-American Girls Professional Baseball League Twitter account. Born on November 26, 1930 in Liberty, Sask., Mullins played parts of two seasons in the AAGPBL.
