Julien homers, knocks in three in Auburn loss

ABC and Junior National Team grad Edouard Julien (Quebec City, Que.) homered and drove in three runs in the Auburn Tigers’ 11-6 loss to Jacksonville State on Tuesday. With three RBIs in the contest, Julien now has 101 RBIs in 94 career games with Auburn to become the fifth fastest player to 100 RBIs in the program’s history behind Tim Hudson (78 games), Gabe Gross (86 games), Frank Thomas (89 games) and Todd Faulkner (90 games).

Noah (Bo) Naylor is a prospect by either name

His given name is Noah-Gibson James Washington Naylor. Thanks to an older brother who as a toddler called him “Boah” because he couldn’t quite wrap his tongue around Noah, he became Bo. Now preferring to go by that catchy contraction, former Ontario Blue Jay Bo Naylor (Mississauga, Ont.) is the top catching prospect in the Cleveland Indians organization and a player worth watching on the Lake County Captains.
