Resilient right-hander Cohen Achen (Calgary, Alta.) rebounded from a scary head injury to become a star for the Lindsey Wilson College Raiders in 2021. After starting the season in the bullpen, he moved into a starter’s role, posting a record of 5-0 with a 2.38 earned-run average.
