Hubka happy to be back in PBA dugout, doing what he loves

After the Canadian College Baseball Conference (CCBC) had to shut down its 2020 season in the initial wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, then another wave did the same to the 2021 campaign, Prairie Baseball Academy coaching legend Todd Hubka is happy to be back in the dugout, doing what he loves. The Canadian Junior Team resumes action south of the border in West Palm Beach, Fla., from April 13-23. Amateur scouts and college recruiters have not been able to evaluate Canada’s best high schoolers since March of 2020. However, there were plenty of scouts on hand when the Langley Blaze, with pick ups from across the land, visited pro camps to play first- and second-year pros, plus college teams in Phoenix, Ariz.
