A Quebec City radio station had the scoop on the next place of employment for former Toronto Blue Jays GM Alex Anthopoulos. He's headed to the Los Angeles Dodgers joining Andrew Friedman and Farhan Zaidi, giving the Dodgers and the Milwaukee Brewers more Canadians in the front office than the Blue Jays.

 The Blue Jays bulked up on the final day of the 114th winter meetings selecting right-hander Joe Biagini from the San Francisco Giants for $50,000. Biagini will either be at Tropicana wearing a Jays uniform opening night or back in the Giants organization.
