College Wrap: 2019's final college pitching numbers

 Logan Hofmann, a native of Muenster, was the lone Saskatchewan player chosen in the 2019 Major League Baseball Draft. The right-handed pitcher went to the St. Louis Cardinals.

Former Muenster Red Sox RHP Logan Hofmann (Muenster, Sask.) of the Colby Trojans led all Canucks in strikeouts this spring …. with 128 in 89 2/3 innings.

The St. Louis Cardinals took notice of the 2019 season that RHP Logan Hofmann (Muenster, Sask.) had with the Colby Trojans.

Hofmann was an 8-4 record with a 3.11 ERA in 17 appearances - including 15 starts for Colby which led to the Cardinals slecting him in the 45th round. He chose to attend Northwestern State Demons.

In the spring he struck out 128 men in 89 2/3 innings lesdong the Trojans staff in wins (8), starts (15), innings pitched (89 2/3), ERA (3.11) and strikeouts (128). Fve times he struck out 10 or more.
