Four Barrie players earned Rawlings Gold Glove Awards for the 2025 Intercounty Baseball League season.

Baycats’ first baseman Nolan Machibroda, outfielders Tristan Clarke and Noel McGarry-Doyle, and pitcher Frank Garces were all recognized for their strong defensive play.

Kitchener third baseman Yosuke Fujie and catcher Yunior Ibarra, Brantford second baseman Lucas Bateman, Chatham-Kent shortstop Sadler Goodwin, and Hamilton outfielder Tyler Duncan were also Gold Glovers.

2025 Rawlings Gold Glove Awards:

1B: Nolan Marchibroda, Barrie

2B: Lucas Bateman, Brantford

3B: Yosuke Fujie, Kitchener

SS: Sadler Goodwin, Chatham-Kent

C: Yunior Ibarra, Kitchener
