The Little Leaguers® of Little Mountain Little League (Vancouver, B.C.) have punched the final international ticket to represent the Canada Region in the 2025 Little League Baseball® World Series, presented by T-Mobile, after beating Layritz Little League, 8-0.
Little Mountain LL made an impressive run through the region tournament, outscoring their opponents 86 to 7, finishing the tournament with only one loss recorded to Layritz LL.
This will be Little Mountain LL’s third trip to Williamsport, with the two previous in 2010 and 2022. This year’s team will look to improve on the 2022 team’s run, which ended with a 2-2 record.
The first-round matchups for the 2025 LLBWS were announced on June 11 during National Little League Week. Little Mountain LL will face off against the winner of Game 1, which features Puerto Rico and Latin America, on Friday, August 15, at 1 p.m. at Volunteer Stadium.
The 2025 Little League Baseball® World Series is set to kick off on Wednesday, August 13, with the World Series Championship game scheduled for August 24.
