The Toronto Blue Jays had representatives as finalists in two of the four Baseball Writers Association of America post-season awards.

Hyun-Jin Ryu is one of three named a finalist for the American League Cy Young award.

Charlie Montoyo has received some votes for the AL manager of the year honours.

Ryu is up against Cleveland Indians Shane Bieber and Minnesota Twins’ Kenta Maeda and is a 20-to-1 longshot according to BetOnline (www.BetOnline.ag, Twitter: @betonline_ag).

Montoyo is in a three-man field with his former boss Tampa Bay Rays’ skipper Kevin Cash and former Chicago White Sox manager Rick Renteria. Montoyo is listed at 6-to-1.
