Graham Tebbit had a summer to remember pitching for the Aldie Senators in Aldie, VA.

Tebbit was 1-3 with a 1.81 ERA in six games when given a chance to start in the Valley League college summer loop.

The Hofsta Pride right-hander walked six and struck out 44 in 49 2/3 innings.

Tebbit (Mississauga, Ont.) stepped into booth to do the play-by-play broadcast for the last Aldie game of the season before heading off to the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod League where he picked up the win.

Perfect Game’s Allan Simpson ranked Tebbit No. 35 in the Valley League’s top 40 prospects, while OF Tyler Hibbert (Markham, Ont.) of the Charles Town Cannons was No. 12.

And Tebbit’s spare time before heading to Virginia he played a pitcher in a newly released music video called “The Pitcher”  by Canadian singer/song writer Harry Hildebrand.

The vid was filmed in Beechville, Woodstock, Brantford, and Turkey Point.

They wanted to film Tebbit at night, so Brantford Red Sox owner Paul Aucoin allowed the filming to take place after a game at Cockshutt Park.

Tebbit wore his old Red Sox uniform in the vid.

Jason Gileno edited the video. Gileno directed and produced the award winning documentary “Les Chiefs” a hockey film.

Scott Purdy, who has won both a Genie and Gemini, did the sound.

And Robert Skeates wrote and produced.

It’s a keeper.
