The Toronto Blue Jays have announced their 2026 regular season schedule, which begins at home on Thursday, March 26 – Blue Jays Opening Day presented by TD – taking on the Athletics.
For the second year in a row, the Blue Jays will open and close the regular season at Rogers Centre.
Below are highlights of the 2026 Blue Jays regular season schedule:
-48 interleague matchups, with home series against the Colorado Rockies (March 30 to April 1), Los Angeles Dodgers (April 6 to 8), Pittsburgh Pirates (May 22 to 24), Miami Marlins (May 25 to 27), Philadelphia Phillies (June 8 to 10), New York Mets (June 29 to July 1), St. Louis Cardinals (July 31 to August 2), and Cincinnati Reds (September 25 to 27).
-52 games vs. AL East opponents and 31 games each against AL Central and West teams, split evenly between home and away.
-Fans can look forward to the return of favourite programs, including Loonie Dogs Nights presented by Schneiders and Jr. Jays Sundays, with the full Promotions and Events Schedule to be announced this offseason.
-Blue Jays Opening Weekend at Rogers Centre runs on March 26, 28, & 29 with three games against the Athletics, followed by a three-game visit from the Colorado Rockies (March 30 to April 1).
-The first road trip of the season is a quick three-game stop in Chicago to visit the White Sox (April 2 to 5), before returning to Rogers Centre for an early season matchup hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers (April 6 to 8).
-The Blue Jays have two long homestands during the 2026 regular season – both in June. Starting with a nine-game homestand from June 5 to 14, featuring the Baltimore Orioles (June 5 to 7), Philadelphia Phillies (June 8 to 10), and New York Yankees (June 12 to 14). The team closes out the month at home with a 10-game homestand beginning on June 22 and stretching all the way to the annual Canada Day celebration on July 1, with games against the Houston Astros (June 22 to 24), Texas Rangers (June 25 to 28), and New York Mets (June 29 to July 1).
-Coming out of the All-Star Break, the Blue Jays welcome the Chicago White Sox for a three-game weekend series (July 17 to 19) followed by four games against the Tampa Bay Rays (July 20 to 23).
-Fans can spend the August long weekend at Rogers Centre as the team returns home for a three-game homestand against the St. Louis Cardinals (July 31 to August 2).
-Division rival New York Yankees visit Rogers Centre for two weekend series in 2026: June 12 to 14, August 14 to 16
-Canadian’s favourite border-city clashes are on deck again for 2026 road trips:
Minnesota Twins – April 30 to May 3
Detroit Tigers – May 15 to 17 (Victoria Day long weekend)
Seattle Mariners – July 3 to 5
Cleveland Guardians – September 1 to 3 (final week of summer vacation)
-For the fourth-straight year, the Blue Jays close out the 2026 regular season at home with Fan Appreciation Weekend presented by TD from Friday, Sept. 25 to Sunday, Sept. 27 vs. the Cincinnati Reds.
