Fitzpatrick: ABC pitcher Malo earns MVP in high-scoring 2027 CPBL Prospect Game

“A downpour didn’t dampen any spirits at Dorchester’s Royal Field as the 2027 CPBL Prospect game played on Saturday despite the weather.

Headlining the offensive outburst was the game’s MVP, Fieldhouse Pirate Austin Burton (Waterloo, Ont.). The uncommitted catcher had a 3-for-4 day at the dish with a three-run home run, two singles and four RBIs. “
